Biography of Alaina A. Gregorio

Areas of Practice

Ms. Gregorio is an associate who concentrates in the areas of insurance defense and business law. Ms. Gregorio is dedicated to helping insurance companies defend claims and achieve favorable outcomes. Ms. Gregorio handles a variety of insurance matters through all phases of litigation.

Additionally, Ms. Gregorio assists business owners with the formation and start-up of their business entities, as well as with their transactional work and litigation matters. She assists business owners with their legal needs including environmental, financial, and construction cases.

Ms. Gregorio focuses a portion of her practice on labor and employment law. She has handled matters involving ERISA, CEPA, NJLAD, and other federal employment statutes.

Ms. Gregorio speaks and assists with presentations for professional groups on a variety of business, employment, and environmental topics.
